Junior Premier League

We are excited to announce the opening of the Junior Premier League!

Join us for a competition for junior athletes aged 7-15! Support young athletes as they strive to be their best and gain the recognition they deserve.

How it works

From August 2nd to August 23rd, 2024, four open workouts will be released. Athletes will have one week to complete each workout (four weeks in total) at their own affiliate, gym, or training facility. Movement standards will be provided, and each workout must be judged and verified by a CrossFit Coach, Certified CrossFit Judge, or a Certificate Level III or IV Trainer.

Athletes can perform each workout as many times as they like during the allocated week. Upon submitting a verified score, athletes can track their progress on the leaderboard alongside other athletes in their division, both regionally and nationally.

Junior Premier League athletes are divided into the following age categories:

  • 7-9
  • 10-12
  • 13-15

DIVISIONS

When registering, athletes must enter as one of the following:

  • Cadet (7-9)
  • Lieutenant (10-12)
  • Captain (13-15)

AGE ELIGIBILITY

If you turn 7 before August 31st, 2024, you are eligible for the 7-9 Age Category. Similarly, if you turn 10 before August 31st, 2024, you should register for the 10-12 Age Category.

3. Expand the side menu bar and click “Submit Score”
